At Meyer Hendricks, we seek dedicated, well qualified personnel for our energetic and diverse litigation practice. Compensation is based primarily on experience and qualifications. In addition, our legal assistants are also considered for a discretionary year-end bonus based on their contribution to the firm's success.

The benefit package for full time employees includes full medical, dental and vision coverage for the employee, with the employee responsible for the cost of dependent coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan and a profit sharing plan that vests at the rate of 20% per year; covered parking; group life, long term disability and long term care insurance plans and a Section 125 flexible spending plan, which allows the employee to use pre-tax dollars to pay certain expenses, including child care and uncovered medical expenses.
